The Opendawn tool to find experts is intended to allow people to get professional help without fuss. If you are an existing partner of Opendawn you are automatically eligible for inclusion. You may also be eligible if:

• You are a delegate of the European Legal Network or
• You are a member or  licensee of Open Invention Network or
• You are a member of Linux Foundation or
• You have a proven history of working in FOSS and are known by other professionals recognized by Opendawn
